The Trust held its annual STEM League Globals Tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona. Students from across the United States and abroad were invited via video by Corbin Carrol to showcase their STEM League skills.

To kick off Globals, the students were invited on-field before a Rangers vs. Royals Spring Training matchup, where they got to meet Kyle Higashioka of the Texas Rangers and MLBPA Executive Director Tony Clark.

The following day, the students were welcomed into the MLBPA Scottsdale office, where they competed for the title of STEM League Globals Champions. Fueled by a surprise video from Rangers pitcher Jon Gray, the students played for their chance to win a trip to the 2025 All-Star game in Atlanta.

28,609 students engaged in the MLB Players STEM League in 2024. 93% of educators involved with STEM League have reported that the program has improved students’ ability to work in teams.
